Scott S. Yasui
Principal
Scott joined Riddell Williams in 2000 and is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use practice group. His practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including corporate counseling, financing, development, architecture, real estate acquisition, zoning and Natural Resources.
Prior to joining Riddell Williams, Scott was an associate at the Nathanson Group in Seattle where he focused on real estate and construction law, including lease negotiations, acquisitions and developments, drafting purchase, sale agreements, construction contracts, commercial leases and various financing agreements. Before joining the Nathanson Group, Scott worked as an associate at Tanaka & Tsugawa in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Education and Admissions
Scott received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, in 1990, and his B.A. from the University of Hawaii, in 1987. He is admitted to practice in the states of Hawaii and Washington.
