Keith J. Seo

Associate

Keith is a member of the Corporate Transactions and Finance, Litigation, and Real Estate practice groups. Before joining the firm, he was a summer associate at Riddell Williams, a legal intern at CASA Latina, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Suzanne Barnett of the King County Superior Court. He also worked as a translator for international businesses.

Keith is a native speaker of Korean and is proficient in Spanish and Japanese. In his spare time, Keith enjoys photography.

Education and Admissions

Keith received a B.A. in International Studies and a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Japanese, both at the University of Washington. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law, where he served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Seattle University Law Review.

Keith is admitted to practice in Washington.
