Wesley Ward Morrison, Jr.
Principal
Ward focuses his practice on the litigation of complex commercial cases. Ward has substantial experience in the defense of product liability disputes and the prosecution of trade secret and related intellectual property claims. He has successfully defended manufacturers against product liability claims throughout the United States, and has also represented local companies in litigation involving allegations of patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets. His practice involves both trial work and alternative dispute resolution.
Ward assists a wide variety of manufacturers in creating risk management programs designed to reduce exposure to product liability, warranty, and other product-related claims. He also counsels employers concerning the protection of trade secrets and other intellectual property.
Education and Admissions
Ward received his B.A. from The Colorado College, cum laude, in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Washington in 1989. He is admitted to practice in Washington only.
