Hilary Bramwell Mohr
Associate
Hilary joined the firm in 2008, and focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Hilary was a Summer Associate with Riddell Williams. She also served as an extern to Magistrate Judge Monica J. Benton during Judge Benton's term as a Magistrate Judge at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington; as an extern to Seattle City Attorney's Office, Environmental Protection Section; and as a legal intern for two private practitioners. Prior to attending law school, Hilary worked as a legislative intern at the Seattle City Council and spent a year improving parks in underserved neighborhoods as an AmeriCorps volunteer. Additionally, Hilary served for three years as Communications Director at the Seattle Parks Foundation, a private nonprofit organization.
Education and Admissions
Hilary received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington in 2002 and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, summa cum laude, in 2007. She is admitted to practice before the Washington state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Professional and Community Activities
Hilary is a member of the board of King County Washington Women Lawyers, is a member of Ballard-Uptown RapidRide Advisory Panel for King County Metro and participates in animal rescue efforts with Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue. She previously sat on the Executive Committee of the Animal Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association.
