Leslie M. Meserole
Principal
Leslie is a principal in the health care practice team of Riddell Williams. She has experience working with hospitals, public hospital districts, air ambulance providers, physician groups, and physicians in business transactions and regulatory compliance matters. Her business transaction practice includes entity structure, formation, and governance; affiliations, mergers, and acquisitions; complex purchase and sale transactions; hospital-physician relationships and agreements; provider and vendor services agreements; technology licensing; and leasing agreements. Leslie's regulatory compliance practice focuses on fraud and abuse; IRS rules applicable to exempt organizations; physician compensation; Medicare participation and reimbursement; and patient privacy.
Education and Admissions
Leslie received her B.S. in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, summa cum laude. In law school, she was Managing Editor of the Seattle University Law Review and recipient of the Faculty Scholarship Trust Award.
Leslie is admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon.

Professional and Community Activities
Leslie is a member of the Law Alumni Board at Seattle University School of Law and a member of the Margaret E. Martindale Guild of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. The guild is dedicated to supporting the Hutch School, which serves patients receiving treatment at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and to raising funds for research at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
