Wendy E. Lyon

Wendy E. Lyon

Principal

Wendy is a civil trial attorney and is a member of the Litigation and Real Estate and Land Use practice groups. Wendy strives to obtain an early resolution for her clients through summary judgment or settlement when appropriate, but she has the trial and appellate experience required to see a case through the judicial system when necessary. Wendy concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on helping her clients resolve contract, business tort, real estate, and partnership disputes. She also practices in product liability litigation and class action defense.

Wendy pursues and defends contract claims for individuals and companies including breach of purchase and sale agreements, settlement agreements, employment contracts and partnership agreements. She represents shareholders, members, and partners in corporate and other entity disputes. Wendy's real estate practice involves boundary, easement, access, title disputes, adverse possession and prescriptive easement claims, partition, and commercial unlawful detainer actions.

Prior to joining Riddell Williams, Wendy completed two externships with the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in the Special Assault Unit in Kent and Renton District Court.

While in Law School, Wendy was a member of Boalt Hall Federalist Society and served as the Assistant Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law.
