Bryce L. Holland, Jr.

Principal

Bryce is the Chair of the business side practice group. He represents public and private business entities, including emerging growth and technology companies, and has significant experience in private securities offerings and merger and acquisition transactions. He has also been active in the formation and representation of private equity and venture capital funds.

Bryce is experienced in commercial and real estate transactions and has represented lenders and borrowers in complex financings. He has served as an advisor to high net worth individuals in connection with their personal investment activities.

Prior to joining Riddell Williams, Bryce was a partner with Dorsey & Whitney LLP and served as head of its Seattle office.

Education and Admissions

Bryce received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard College in 1974. He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1979, and his M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. Bryce is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Professional and Community Activities

Bryce served for a number of years as a director of BH Music Center, the operator of Benaroya Hall. He also recently completed a term as a director of Washington Attorneys Assisting Community Organizations (WAACO). He is currently a director of the Seattle Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and is active in the Wharton Alumni Club of Washington. Bryce is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow.
