Charlie S. Fitzpatrick
Principal
Charlie’s practice is primarily focused on complex commercial litigation and product litigation defense. She also assists clients in auditing their purchase and sale documents and procedures and product safety investigation procedures to reduce exposure in product liability, warranty and other product or service related claims.
Charlie is the Chair of Riddell Williams’ Diversity Committee and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.
Charlie is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the Microsoft Advocacy Academy.
Before joining the firm, Charlie was a summer associate for Riddell Williams in 2001. She also worked as a victim advocate for the Kent City Attorney’s Office Domestic Violence Unit.
Prior to law school, Charlie developed educational programs and managed publicity for the National Eating Disorders Organization. She also worked as publicist for the Irish American Book Company and Roberts Rhinehart Publishers.
Education and Admissions
Charlie graduated from Claremont McKenna College, cum laude, in 1994, with majors in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. She is also a graduate of the Denver Publishing Institute. Charlie received her J.D. from Seattle University Law School, magna cum laude, in 2002.
Charlie is admitted to practice before the federal and state courts in Washington.
