Madoka Etoh
Principal
Madoka practices international, corporate and real estate law. She is experienced in representing U.S. and foreign clients with respect to a broad range of corporate, real estate and commercial matters, including negotiation and documentation of complex acquisitions, dispositions, distributions, licenses and leases. Madoka has handled a large number of both inbound and outbound international transactions. She is a native Japanese speaker.
Education and Admissions
Madoka received her B.A. from Middlebury College, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1982 and her J.D. from Boston College Law School, magna cum laude, in 1985. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Washington.
