Heidi M. Drivdahl
Principal
Heidi focuses her practice on emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and general corporate and securities representations. She has extensive transactional experience in public and private securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Heidi also provides broad general corporate and securities advice to public and private companies, particularly those within the medical device, biotechnology, software, e-commerce, security and other high-technology industries. Heidi represents numerous start-ups and venture and angel-backed companies, and regularly represents venture capital and private equity investors.
Away from her law practice, Heidi enjoys sailing, ballroom dancing and skiing.
Education and Admissions
Heidi received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1996. While in law school, Heidi was Managing Editor of the Oregon Law Review, and Chief Justice, Williams Chapter, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She received her B.A. from Western Washington University in 1992.
Heidi is admitted to practice in Washington.
