Mindy L. DeYoung
Associate
Mindy joined the firm in 2008, and is a member of the Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Mindy was a Washington State Supreme Court judicial law clerk to Associate Chief Justice Charles Johnson. While in law school, Mindy served as a legal intern for GEICO Insurance Company and as a judicial extern for Judge Sergio Armijo in Pierce County Superior Court. Mindy also served as a law student mentor and actively participated in moot court and numerous minority bar associations and student organizations.
Education and Admissions
Mindy received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, cum laude, in 2007. She was on the Dean’s list while at Calvin College, where she received her B.A. in English with a minor in writing. She also studied abroad in London, England.
Mindy is admitted to practice in Washington.
