Kyle L. Branum
Principal
Kyle is Chair of Riddell Williams' Real Estate Group. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions and corporate counseling.
Kyle's real estate practice focuses on commercial developments, purchase and sale transactions, renewable energy projects, commercial and retail leasing, financing, and hotel, condominium and mixed use developments.
Kyle also counsels clients in a broad range of business transactions, including business formations, mergers and acquisitions and private equity and debt financings.
Prior to joining Riddell Williams, Kyle was a partner with Perkins Coie LLP.
Education and Admissions
Kyle received his B.A. from Columbia University, cum laude, in 1995 and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, cum laude, in 1998. He is admitted to practice in Washington.

Professional and Community Activities
Kyle currently serves on the Board of Trustee of the ACT (A Contemporary Theater). He is also a Volunteer Attorney with the Neighborhood Legal Clinic. He has served as Vice President (2005), President (2006) and Trustee (2007) of the East King County Bar Association. Kyle also served as the Vice President of Western Academy of Beaux Arts and is an alumni of the Advance Bellevue Leadership Program.
