Counsel

Hannah joined Riddell Williams in 2011 and is Counsel in the Litigation practice group. Before joining the firm, Hannah was Counsel at WilmerHale in Washington, DC, where her practice included a range of complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, fraud cases, alleged infringement of intellectual property rights, as well as a vigorous pro bono practice. She has represented a wide spectrum of institutional clients, including major financial and accounting firms, real estate developers, pharmaceutical companies, educational institutions, and internet service providers. Hannah also assisted companies with government investigations and regulatory compliance issues.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Hannah was an attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice where she defended federal agencies and programs against Constitutional and statutory challenges. Hannah also served as an attorney with the Federal Trade Commission, focusing on consumer financial issues, and with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she represented the agency in Medicare payment litigation matters.

Education and Admissions

Hannah received her B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland, a Master's Degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, and her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
