Becky is a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Becky’s practice includes counseling, training and litigation for employers, business clients and nonprofit organizations of all sizes on a wide range of matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage/hour compliance, disability accommodation, unfair competition, trade secrets, and many other labor and employment disputes. She also conducts training sessions for clients and handbook and employment policy reviews.

Becky has taken on a variety of pro bono cases, including representing an individual juvenile in asylum proceedings, and has provided advice on a wide range of topics as a volunteer for the King County Bar Association legal clinics. Becky has also provided pro bono legal counsel through the Pro Bono Panel of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Prior to joining Riddell Williams, Becky served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly, United States District Court, Western District of Washington. While in law school, Becky served as an intern at the Northwest Women's Law Center.

Becky enjoys spending her free time with her family, hiking, reading, playing canasta and training for sporting events. She is a proud finisher of both the Seattle and Portland marathons and is currently training for her second triathlon.

Education and Admissions

Becky received a B.A. from Vassar College, with honors, in 1998, a  J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, high honors, Order of the Coif, in 2004, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs in 2004.

In law school, Becky was a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review and Co-President of the Public Interest Law Students Association.

Professional and Community Activities

Becky has served on the Board of the King County Washington Women Lawyers and is Immediate Past President of the Board of Homestead Community Land Trust, dedicated to creating and preserving low-income house in Seattle.

Awards and Recognition

Becky has been designated a Rising Star® by Washington Law & Politics magazine. In law school, Becky was the recipient of the Judge James J. Lawless Award, awarded to students with the highest first-year GPA, the Charles Z. Smith Public Interest Student of the Year Award, and the Mary Ellen Krug Scholarship for mastery of employment law.
