We represent wineries, breweries, distributors, and vineyard owners. Representative work includes:
- Representing one of the largest wineries in the state of Washington in all aspects of its legal work, including acquisitions, distribution, corporate, commercial and real estate work
- Representing clients in the acquisition of 10 wineries in 4 transactions valued at over $29 million
- Representing Redhook Ale Brewery (Nasdaq: HOOK), the largest craft brewer in the Pacific Northwest, in its merger with Widmer Brothers Brewing Company
- Representing a major brewery in the negotiation of a multi-year distribution agreement with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and providing ongoing corporate and securities advice for over 20 years
- Representing beverage distribution companies in the acquisition and negotiation of distribution agreements for alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- Representing winemakers and wine processing companies in Washington and California in purchases of vineyards and equipment, regulatory matters, borrowings and corporate matters
