We represent Airborne Express in all corporate and litigation matters from its inception to its sale to DHL. We also represent United Airlines, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway and other regional transportation and delivery companies. Representative work includes:
- Representing one of the nation's major airlines in air quality permitting and regulatory defense proceedings
- Defending a major airline against class claims of age discrimination in hiring pilots, including statistical adverse impact claims
- Successfully defending a national transportation company in a disability discrimination case, obtaining voluntary dismissal by plaintiff following plaintiff's deposition
- Representing a major national rail carrier on numerous real estate, contract, and bankruptcy matters
- Representing a major Puget Sound area taxicab company on numerous matters
