We represent a variety of companies involved in recreation-related areas. Representative work includes:
- Providing ongoing labor and employment advice and negotiating successful settlements of wage hour, OFCCP enforcement actions and other lawsuits and agency actions on behalf of hotels, restaurants and cruise lines
- Representing national athletic shoe and related apparel companies in numerous matters, including in connection with the purchases of assets, trademark and patent matters, a variety of litigation, and the liquidation of one company's corporate parent
- Defending ski areas against injured participants' claims in litigation, including negligence claims alleging improper design of a terrain park and improper design of a tubing area
- Representing a franchisor of a children's sports program in all matters, including conversion from its prior business model to franchise system, nation-wide registration, vendor agreements, international franchising, and dispute resolution and termination issues
