- Representing one of the region's largest public radio stations in negotiating and structuring a joint venture for the acquisition and operation of the second station
- Serving as corporate and securities counsel to a leading northwest feature film production company (films include Smoke Signals and Outsourced)
- Serving as counsel to museums in Seattle and Tacoma, Seattle's leading arts funding organization, a prominent repertory theater, an aquarium and several cultural institutions
