- Representing a leading technology company in leasing two mission critical data centers involving about 250,000 square feet
- Preparing and negotiating a wide variety of agreements for one of the world's largest technology companies, including agreements covering the development, manufacture, procurement, distribution and licensing of hardware and software; we also assist our client with agreements related to developing and providing online services
- Assisting emerging technology clients with their agreements with large strategic partners such as Amazon.com, Cisco, Google, and Hewlett Packard
- Representing clients in company-side venture capital financing transactions, totaling in excess of $100 million
- Representing a privately-held electronic discovery company in connection with its acquisition of two wholly-owned subsidiaries of another privately-held company
- Representing a family-owned physician practice management software business in connection with its acquisition by a large public company
- Representing a privately-held mobile VPN solution provider in connection with its merger with one of its competitors
- Representing a privately held RFID middleware vendor in connection with its acquisition by a large public company
- Representing a NASDAQ-listed provider of biometric security solutions in connection with its merger with another Nasdaq-listed company in a stock-for-stock transaction valued at approximately $104 million
