- Representing a leading consumer electronics manufacturer as national counsel for product liability litigation and before the Consumer Product Safety Commission, as well as providing counseling related to product safety issues arising during product development and after products have been distributed
- Representing a leading manufacturer of bicycles and bicycle accessories, including serving as outside general counsel, defending product liability litigation, and counseling the client regarding a wide range of product safety and commercial litigation issues
