We represent a number of aerospace companies, including significant international suppliers. Representative work includes:
- Preparing and negotiating intellectual property agreements, supply contracts (including all-requirements contracts) and other agreements for major airplane parts manufacturers and suppliers on contractual and other matters
- Representing aerospace companies in connection with their acquisitions of other companies or their assets
- Representing clients in numerous warranty or other contract disputes, including litigating "battle of the forms" contract terms for a designer and manufacturer of commercial aircraft interiors and component products
- Representing aerospace companies in bankruptcy matters relating to failed airlines
- Assisting clients in addressing human resources and employment concerns, including protection of trade secrets and proprietary data and preparing and managing employee stock-option and other incentive programs
- Obtaining a substantial recovery for the purchaser of 727-100 aircraft against a seller for extensive corrosion and unauthorized modifications, including damage for repair costs and loss of use of aircraft
- Obtaining dismissal of a class action claiming age discrimination by a major airline and litigating various other commercial matters for it
- Representing a major aerospace company in employment litigation
- Winning dismissal of a national class action against a major airline challenging fees
