Associates
We look for lawyers who are energetic, entrepreneurial and interested in working in a collaborative team-oriented environment. We recruit associates who like to be challenged, but who also like to have fun. Associates are hired with the expectation that they will develop into first-rate lawyers and become principals in the firm. Because we expect a long term association with our associates, we are committed to helping them get the experience, training, and feedback necessary to develop to their fullest potential. We offer our associates the opportunity to gain responsibility early and to progress as quickly as they demonstrate an ability to advance.
