Denice Trimble and Margaret Cerrato-Blue Join Riddell Williams

Denice joins the Real Estate and Land Use practice group .  She advises public and private clients with real estate and land use interests, including acquisition and disposition, residential and commercial development, leasing and finance. Her work with public agencies and utilities goes beyond acquisition and development, allowing her to become a key member of the team in asset management decisions and policy making. Denice started her legal career at Hughes & Luce (now K&L Gates) in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Riddell Williams, she was a partner at Van Ness Feldman GordonDerr.

Margaret joins Environmental and Natural Resources practice group.  Margaret the started her legal career at the White & Case firm where she worked in both the Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles offices. Prior to rejoining Riddell Williams, she practiced as a solo, general practitioner with an emphasis on civil litigation.
